A customer experiencing problems with their Neff double oven contacted Dorset Oven Repairs after the appliance tripped their fuse box and stopped heating.
A customer contacted Dorset Oven Repairs after their Neff double oven tripped the fuse box approximately an hour into cooking dinner. Although the oven fan and other functions continued to operate, the main oven was no longer heating up. The customer got in touch, and we arranged a visit for the following day to investigate the fault.
Upon inspecting the Neff double oven, we identified a faulty fan oven element in the main oven. The element showed visible burn marks, confirming that it needed replacing. We removed the damaged component and installed a new, genuine Neff fan oven element to restore the oven’s heating function.
Following the replacement, we thoroughly tested the oven to ensure it was heating correctly and operating safely. All functions were working as expected, and the main oven was back in full working order, allowing the customer to get back to cooking without any further disruption.
